5.) WARRANTY

• All masks come with a warranty period of Sixty (60) days, from the date of delivery/receipt of goods.

• Supplier will facilitate a one-to-one exchange of product for a period of Thirty (30) days upon delivery/receipt of goods, in the event of quality problems and/or manufacturing defects.

• In consideration of hygiene issues, masks that have been opened and used will not qualify for an exchange if the defect is found to be of a non-manufacturing nature i.e. damages due to improper usage, damages due to acceptable wear & tear such as scratches/chips etc.

• Free repairs will be provided for products that are not deemed to be replaceable during the period of warranty of 60 days, except for consumables such as filter. Transportation charges applies.

• Paid repairs can be provided after the 60 days warranty period. Transportation charges applies.
